We are seeking a full-time staff member on a 12-month fixed-term contract (with the potential for extension, subject to funding) to deliver on our NEET reduction programmes. The role involves group and school delivery, as well as 1:1 mentoring, with the aim of supporting young people into education, employment or training. Alongside this, you will be required to work effectively with key stakeholders, such as funding providers, delivery partners and local schools, while also completing relevant administrative tasks associated with the role.
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Deliver on Robins Foundation NEET reduction programmes, including group and schools’ delivery, as well as 1 to 1 mentoring.
· Plan, deliver and review meaningful and engaging sessions to participants (aged 14 – 24 years old), in line with delivery plans.
· Facilitate delivery of maths and English sessions as required within delivery plans.
· Work closely with key stakeholders, including Bristol City Council, The West of England Combined Authority, local schools, participants and their families.
· Work closely with consortium delivery partners, including Bristol Bears Foundation and Empire Fighting Chance.
· Support participants into meaningful employment, education or training opportunities.
· Complete relevant administrative duties including completion of programme registers, tracking and reporting.
· Follow safeguarding protocols, reporting any concerns or incidents promptly, and maintaining a safe environment for all individuals under their care.
· Adhere to EDI guidelines, treating all colleagues and participants with respect and fairness, and actively participating in EDI training and initiatives
· Adhere to sustainability guidelines, minimising waste and resource consumption in daily tasks, and actively participating in environmental initiatives and training.
· Complete any other tasks identified by your line manager or the organisation, deemed relevant to the role.
You will have:
· Previous experience of delivering a NEET reduction programme (or similar e.g. schools or post 16 delivery).
· Knowledge of education, employment and training pathways available to young people in Bristol.
· An ability to work and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
· An understanding of how to support students who face barriers accessing education and work e.g. SEND, SEMH, disadvantaged groups.
· An ability to facilitate delivery of math’s and English sessions.
· An ability to build positive, trusted relationships with young people.
· A passion for working with young people to achieve positive outcomes and change lives.
· Youth work or other related delivery qualification (desirable but not essential).
· Competent IT skills.
· Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Contract: Full Time (12- Month Fixed Term) - Starting ASAP (Role has potential to extend dependant on funding).
