Job Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Assist in updating cash flow statements
5. Journal preparation and processing
6. Manage mailbox
7. Accounts Payable support - raising purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, uploading bank transactions onto the system
8. Accounts Receivable support - raising sales invoices, ensuring debt settled with agreed terms
The Successful Applicant
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
9. Experience in a similar Finance role
10. Good Excel skills
11. Experience using a Finance system/s
12. Immediately available
