The Vacancy We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our Responsive Repairs team in Bedfordshire. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operatives are deployed efficiently, customer appointments are met, and service targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring full utilisation and swift allocation of new tasks. Monitor emergency requests and allocate them promptly to meet service level agreements. Liaise with surveyors to approve variations and ensure continuity of works. Arrange inspections and follow-ups for supervisors. Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients, both over the phone and face-to-face. Achieve daily allocation targets and contribute to team goals. What We’re Looking For: Experience in scheduling, planning or logistics—ideally within construction or social housing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines. A proactive and collaborative approach to team working.
