The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal employees and external agencies. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Duties: Support the accurate processing of payroll operations for internal employees and prepare reports for external agency workers. Ensure employees' clock-in and clock-out times are correctly recorded and maintained. Generate and validate payroll reports prior to submission for processing. Deliver proactive customer service by resolving payroll queries raised via HR or employees. Assist with payroll-related projects and administrative tasks as required. Project Registration Duties: Review and verify that registered hours match the worksheets submitted by supervisors. Make necessary corrections to ensure accurate hour registration and alignment with project allocations. Process and allocate employee hours to the correct projects in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Person Specification: The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. They should be comfortable using timekeeping software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
