Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a high-achieving Aftersales Manager for our Skoda Dealership based in Coventry. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 1pm.
Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.
In every aspect of our dealerships, the aim is always to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is of paramount importance in this role, as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff; manage, coach, and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
2. Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
3. Grow workshop utilization and efficiency.
4. Manage your own budget and drive the business forward.
5. Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall centre performance.
About You
1. Ideally, you have experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager, or an experienced Aftersales Manager.
2. You possess the drive and talent to push the department forward, achieving KPI’s and brand standards.
3. You have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
4. You have strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a passion for the brand.
5. Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
