What You'll Be Doing From day one, you'll gain real hands-on experience while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Your typical day may include: Answering incoming support calls and resolving user issues Repairing hardware and upgrading systems Supporting Microsoft 365 and remote users Configuring devices and setting up new starters Performing password resets, anti-virus configuration, and network monitoring Laptop and desktop repairs Don't worry - full training and ongoing support will be provided by your workplace mentor and Baltic's expert team.
