The Right Candidate
Here at Putt Above we are on the hunt for stand out individuals to support the businesses growth and play a key role in feedback. The right candidate should be confident and well presented at all times in front of our fabulous guests. The ability to handle multiple roles is key, one day you could be greeting our guests, the next ensuring our cocktails are made to our high standards
Key Responsibilities
As a PUTT HOST, it is your role to make sure that our guests receive the highest standard of service possible, creating an industry changing experience and most of all something that's a putt above the competition.
Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
– Being the first point of contact for all our guests
– Running our lane admin system
– Ensuring the site is clean at all times for our guests
– Using tills and taking payments
– Delivering outstanding customer service
– Preparing drinks (including our fantastic cocktail menu)
– Preparing snack and food items
– Serving all drinks and snacks to the correct lanes
– Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue
– Assisting with all close down and open procedures
– Be a star player with regards to standards on site, ensuring every box is ticked
– Communicating with our Guest services team and management about guest enquires
– Complete any repair work needed to our lanes (once training has been provided)
Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a 0 hours Temporary contract.

Pay: £11.44-£12.21 per hour
