Area Sales Specification Manager – Southeast – Global Construction Company We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100 countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000 employees and sales of £9 billion in FY 2024. Role: You will be responsible for - · Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships · Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations · Takes ownership of the decision maker · Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans · Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients Candidate: The ideal candidate will - · Has experience of specification sales market ideally within the construction industry · Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits · Self-reliant and resilient · Someone who is used to selling a system or process rather than product · Self-motivated and results driven · Able to build strong customer relationships · Lives on area (Bristol to South Wales) Package: · Basic Salary: from £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on experience) · Bonus: UNCAPPED – OTE 40% of basic salary · Car Allowance: £6,000 45ppm · 25 days annual leave, PLUS bank holidays (increases over time) · Company credit card · Up to 26 weeks contractual sick pay · Up to 8% contribution pension scheme · Private healthcare · Life assurance · Employee assistance program · Long service awards This is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer a huge amount of career potential moving forward.
