Carbon60 is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our client based in Filton. If you're passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a contract position that will last until September 2026 with the possibility of extension. You will be required onsite, 60% of the time. As it is a contract position both PAYE and Umbrell rtes are available for this role. Duties include but are not limited to: Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies Developing expertise in key HR processes and systems Managing employee relationships and responding to queries or concerns Supporting the HR team with employee relations topics, such as capability investigations and disciplinary matters Assisting with the annual HR calendar and other HR initiatives The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will possess the following skills and experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels Proficiency in HR systems, with a particular focus on Workday Excellent IT and data analysis skills to enable evidence-based decision-making A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Proven experience in customer-oriented roles, with a solution-focused approach Proficiency in Google Suite would be an advantage If you are interested in this role and would like to know more, please contact Shelby Agius at Carbon60 Fareham.
