Receptionist - Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a busy and well-established property management company on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Assisting with scheduling and diary coordination where requiredAbout You:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
