With a focus on customer experience and colleague development, our Store Managers are key to our store success. As a store manager, you will drive commercial growth and foster a team culture centered on customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
* Oversee the store operations, emphasizing customer experience, team development, and growth aligned with our 5-year strategy.
* Develop a team that embodies our customer promise and actively seeks to delight customers.
* Coach, train, and develop colleagues, leveraging their strengths and addressing development areas.
* Recruit Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who reflect our values and possess the skills to meet business needs.
* Make commercial decisions regarding stock and merchandising.
* Engage with key stakeholders to understand broader business objectives.
* Provide constructive feedback to the store team and management to promote continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about celebrating our customers’ moments.
* Experience as a store manager in retail, working collaboratively across teams.
* Proven leadership and team development skills.
* Ability to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
