Maintenance Supervisor ( 1 Person Site) – FM Service Provider – Residential Building - Pimilco, Westminster – Up to £50,000 per annum + Overtime
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider. This role involves overseeing electrical maintenance operations within a residential building environment. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a single-person site, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys working independently while maintaining full operational oversight of the site.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems
* First response to electrical or system faults across the building
* Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
* Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
* Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed
* Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders
* Able to be on call (Call out)
Requirements
* Electrically or Mechanical qualified - C&G Level 2 & 3
* Comfortable working solo on-site
* Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
* Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
* Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
* Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
