Handle any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best options for clients. ? Promote special offers or packages that may enhance the client's travel experience. Qualifications ? Previous experience in travel consulting or a related field is essential with 2 years' experience as a travel consultant. ? Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. ? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ? Proficient in using computer systems for booking and managing travel arrangements. ?
