Role Description
The Care Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily delivery of care services to ensure the highest quality of support is provided. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing individual care plans, supervising care staff, delivering hands‑on care when required, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to maintain effective communication and ensure satisfaction. This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Kirkcaldy.
