Full-Time | Flexible Locations | Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities Affinity Partnerships are offering an exciting opportunity for committed and adaptable teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme . This unique role provides the security of a consistent income alongside the variety and experience of supply teaching. About the Role As part of our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, you will work exclusively with Affinity Partnerships , supporting a range of schools across our network. On days that you are available, you will be offered teaching assignments across different schools, year groups and settings. Crucially, on any days you are available but not required in a school, you will still receive payment -giving you financial stability while maintaining flexibility. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on your experience) Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings Follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning Uphold classroom behaviour standards and engage pupils effectively Represent Affinity Partnerships professionally in all placements What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong classroom management and adaptability Willingness to travel to a range of school locations Flexibility to teach across different year groups where required Reliability and commitment to being available for work on agreed days Scheme Expectations You must be exclusively available to Affinity Partnerships On your available working days, you agree to accept suitable assignments offered Flexibility on location and year groups is essential to maximise opportunities Consistent availability is key to maintaining your guaranteed pay What We Offer Guaranteed daily pay for your agreed availability Regular work across a variety of school settings A great way to gain diverse teaching experience Support from a dedicated consultant Access to our exclusive partner schools and trusts Affinity Partnerships is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to providing an inclusive and professional service for all.
