Job Title: Regional Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)

Overview:
We are working on behalf of a respected provider of therapeutic children’s residential care to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to oversee five well-established homes across North London. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational oversight of 5 children’s homes
Lead and mentor a team of Registered Managers
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and relevant legislation
Drive quality assurance, safeguarding, and improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
Champion therapeutic, child-centred practice across the region
Lead recruitment, training, and retention of care teams
Requirements:
Senior leadership or multi-site management experience in children’s residential care
Strong understanding of EBD and therapeutic care approaches
In-depth knowledge of children’s home regulations and safeguarding standards
Inspirational leadership style with excellent people-management skills
