The Role We are seeking an experienced, polished and highly professional Senior Concierge to oversee the Executive Floor at Unilevers flagship new campus in Kingston.
This is a high-profile role requiring exceptional discretion, attention to detail and service excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders and executive guests, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience within a premium corporate environment.
As the Senior Concierge, you will set the standard for service delivery on the Executive Floor, proactively managing requests, anticipating needs and ensuring the space operates smoothly, professionally and confidentially at all times.
Key Responsibilities Act as the dedicated concierge for the Executive Floor, delivering a discreet, polished and professional service to senior stakeholders and visitors.
Provide a warm, confident and seamless welcome to executives, VIPs and external guests.
Manage and coordinate high-level requests, diaries, bookings and services with precision and confidentiality.
Oversee the day-to-day presentation and operational readiness of the Executive Floor.
Liaise closely with Unilever stakeholders, facilities teams and external service providers to ensure exceptional service standards.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Support executive meetings, events and hosted visits, ensuring flawless delivery.
Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Act as a role model for service excellence, professionalism and brand representation.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a senior concierge, executive support, front-of-house or premium hospitality role .
Experience working with senior leaders, executives or VIP clients .
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, confident and polished manner.
High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a high-profile, fast-paced corporate environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalised service.
