Quest Search & Selection are proud to partner with a multi-site, B2C consumer business.
The role involves shaping and developing the company’s strategic plan, analyzing and reporting performance across key business areas including B2C, e-Commerce, and supply chain & distribution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial outlooks, impacting cash flow forecasting.
2. Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics, and Central Cost areas.
3. Analyze individual Store and e-commerce P&L.
4. Complete and distribute weekly trading performance reports.
5. Lead monthly financial review meetings with budget holders.
6. Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.
7. Deliver financial management information to support strategic and operational decisions, reporting to the Head of FP&A.
8. Support the commercial management team on financially impactful decisions.
9. Conduct ad hoc trading analyses, including evaluations of promotions and offers.
Experience required:
1. 3-5 years’ experience in management, financial, or FP&A roles, at analyst or manager level.
2. Open to management accountants seeking to advance.
3. Experience working in organizations with multiple cost centers.
4. Experience in a business with a turnover of circa 100 million+.
5. Open to part-qualified or qualified-by-experience candidates.
6. Proven team management and leadership skills.
7. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
