The main duties
To archive files in accordance with the firms policies and regulatory requirements
To maintain our client database in connection with archived files
Trainee Legal Cashier
Processing financial transactions relating to client matters in a timely manner
Managing and reconciling supplier invoices and credit notes
Preparing payment runs, including BACS transfers and cheque payments.
Processing petty cash and credit card expenditure.
You
Previous experience working in a professional office preferred, ideally a minimum of 1 year.
Strong communication and team working skills
High attention to detail and accuracy and great numeracy skills
Competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
A competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability.
This is a full-time role working 9 am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday
