We are looking for a confident and ambitious Centre Manager to lead the team in our central Stevenage flexible workspace. As Centre Manager, you'll be the face behind our Stevenage workspace. Your role will be both operational and customer-facing, requiring you to juggle tasks, lead a small team, and ensure the smooth running of the centre at all times.
You’ll be an enthusiastic and professional individual, a great team leader, effective communicator, and able to think on your feet. You don’t need to have worked in a flexible workspace environment before (although it helps!) – but we need to be able to see that you have excellent customer service skills and have managed a varied workload in the past. You’ll be happy to build rapport with new and existing clients and be comfortable negotiating with them.
