Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure that all properties within a geographical patch are secure at all times.
* Ensure that all serious concerns are reported to a manager, and / or the Police as appropriate.
* Ensure that safeguarding incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and responded to swiftly appropriately.
* Complete accident, incident and client file logs, and ensure that there is a written record of anything of significance throughout the night and every night.
* Provide reports and data as required by managers.
* Monitor CCTV footage as appropriate, ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues.
* Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
* Ensure that health and safety and security checks are completed on a regular basis; escalating any concerns as appropriate.
* Participate in a handover at the beginning and end of each shift, working closely with day colleagues to ensure that any agreed actions are completed.
* Participate in team meetings as required
* You will need a driving licence, business insurance and your own transport. Mileage will be paid.
* DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with Vulnerable Adults
