We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to an innovative and collaborative company environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions that address their pain points.
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
* Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet sales targets.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sales drive.
* Experience using social media for prospecting and sales.
* Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
* Resilience and adaptability, with a desire for continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
* Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or business development (B2B preferred).
* Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
* Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus but not essential.
