This organisation requires an HR Business Partner to join their People team. Working closely with the Head of People, you will play a central role in delivering our People strategy by providing high quality, pragmatic and collaborative generalist HR support across the organisation. This is a unique role, you will be collaborating with dedicated professionals and forward-thinking leaders.
Your new role
As HR BusinessPartner, you will lead the delivery of key HR solutions, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, people development, and employee engagement. You will act as a business partner with your assigned functional areas, providing confidential and effective coaching and advice to line managers, ensuring a deep understanding of that functional areas’ strategy. Working closely with leaders and colleagues, you will ensure that ED&I is embedded in everything you do, support the transition of staff, and provide guidance. What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar HR role and hold a CIPD Associate-level qualification. You will be an excellentmunicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust with employees, managers and external partners at all levels. You will bring a genuine passion for equality, diversity and inclusion, andmitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive environment within the workplace. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as responsibilities may evolve throughout this fixed term post.
