About the Role: As a Customer Advisor at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will play a vital role in connecting customers to the products and services they need. Your main responsibilities will include:
Understanding the customer's needs and ensuring they feel valued and connected.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Guiding customers through the sales journey and performing eligibility checks.
Striving to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
A proactive individual who takes ownership of problems and finds the best solutions.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but full training will be provided on the job.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary of circa £23,500 per year (based on a 37.5-hour week) + commission.
