What The Role Involves
* Supporting teaching and learning within STEM subjects, primarily science, maths and technology
* Assisting with small group interventions to boost pupil understanding and progress
* Helping manage classroom behaviour and engagement during lessons
* Collaborating with teachers to support lesson delivery and student assessments
* Tracking pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
* Interviews to begin the week commencing 25th August 2025
What The School Is Looking For
The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate and committed, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for STEM education. A 2:1 or First Class degree from a top 30 UK university is preferred, alongside previous child-centred experience. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Salary and Contract Info
* General TA / SEN TA roles: £444 per week, pro rata (term-time only)
* Contract: Full-time, long-term (SeptemberJuly), term-time only
* Potential for future teacher training or contract extensions following a successful placement
