Location: Jersey (relocation required) Contract: 14 months, Outside IR35 Rate: Up to £350/day Start Date: 04/2026 A tech consultancy working on a government transformation programme is seeking a Business Analyst (Process) to support design, integration, data, and process-related activities for the Business Central project, including connection to the Transform Benefits platform. The BA will work across business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements, aligned processes, and readiness for testing and go-live. Key Responsibilities: Document As-Is processes and define To-Be processes aligned to SAP TRM/FI-CA capabilities. Produce detailed business requirements (functional and non-functional) and gap analysis. Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and data/integration requirements. Support testing and validation, including UAT scenario preparation, defect triage, and sign-off evidence. Contribute to cutover and go-live readiness, operational procedures, and training materials. Maintain RAID logs, provide weekly progress reporting, and support governance activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process, integration, or ERP projects (SAP experience preferred). Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation. Experience with UAT, test scenarios, and supporting business-side issue resolution. Knowledge of data mapping, integration specifications, and high-level architecture/design artefacts. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for requirements and project tracking. Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. Must be willing to relocate to Jersey.
