The successful person will be responsible for working autonomously at Consultant Practitioner Level with the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Service.
Developing new and innovative pathways for patients in this complex speciality.
They will be required to have extensive Adult Stem Cell Transplant experience and currently be a credentialed Advanced Practitioner.
Demonstrate evidence of service change and clear leadership.
Ability to influence and work alongside the multidisciplinary team and provide accountability and responsibility for a complex group of patients.
