What You Will Do Conduct assessments of disabled residents and their carers to identify housing adaptation needs. Manage a complex caseload independently with accuracy and professionalism. Work both from home and travel across Harrow to carry out thorough assessments. Liaise effectively with housing officers, surveyors, contractors, and Adult Social Care teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Requirements HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
