Position: Sports Coach.
Location: Preston.
Start date: ASAP.
Contract type: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30 (temp to perm).
Pay rate: £11.85-£12.50 p/h.

Requirements to be successful for the role:
* Experience with SEMH students in a professional or personal experience- OR a genuine passion to support children in a Specialist Provision.
* Able to implement behaviour strategies confidently.
* Strong knowledge/experience with Sports and confident with planning sessions.
* Emotional and physical resilience to meet the challenges and demands of the role.
An excellent specialist provision in the Preston area is looking to recruit a Sports Coach from asap. The responsibilities of the role will include:
* Planning and delivery interactive, fun and informative sports sessions to children aged 11-16.
* Adapt your approach according to each child’s individual needs.
* Work as part of a close team and understand the need to set high standards of practice.
* Build professional relationships with the children and young people.
* Play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
* Provide guidance, encouragement, and personalised support to students facing challenges.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and empowering environment that promotes the overall well-being of our students.
This excellent specialist provision for young people aged 11-16 years support students who have individual needs based on social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
