He benefits from routine, a calm approach, and support from someone who can build trust over time. Role Responsibilities Spending time with Ryan and supporting his communication needs Playing, engaging in activities and providing encouragement Preparing and feeding him available food Taking him out for walks, playground visits or other outdoor time Bathing/shower support Optional: Driving him to local activities (if you drive) About You Patient, reliable and calm in approach Comfortable supporting autistic children Able to follow routine and build trust gradually Friendly, consistent and willing to learn Ryan’s ways of communicating Requirements Enhanced DBS check (arranged/processed for you) Right to work in the UK Experience with children or autism preferred but not essential
