Who we're looking for:
The successful Content Producer will live and breathe ideas – and have the vision and skill to turn them into powerful, engaging and innovative content that serves our clients and shows people Jesus. You'll be a skilled writer and strategic thinker who is able to produce content that distils key messages, embraces the voice of our clients, and weaves a compelling narrative to engage their audiences across their channels. You'll have a natural eye for design and will be confident transforming your ideas into powerful, shareable content in partnership with our design team.
You'll be able to work effectively under pressure and hit deadlines without dropping the ball on the details – on grammar, design and brand strategy. You'll be able to juggle various clients and projects, and be happy to switch tone and medium with ease across social media, web and print.
What you'll do:
* Develop and deliver monthly content plans that align with the goals and communications strategy of our clients.
* Write effective copy for posts, ads, email campaigns, web pages, articles and appeals that stop the scroll and move people to take action.
* Use pre-built templates to produce static posts, carousels and short-form video graphics.
* Upload content using our scheduling platform, ensuring best practice on timing, tagging and accessibility.
* Track platform analytics, interpret performance and present clear recommendations to keep improving reach and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with designers and the wider communications team to deliver campaigns and projects to deadline.
* Contribute to larger projects such as long-form articles, website copywriting and campaign concepts.
What you'll need:
* To have excellent writing skills.
* To be passionate about idea generation and creative communication.
* To possess a highly positive, 'can-do' attitude with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
* To be based in our Bristol office four days per week, with one flexible day.
* To be a committed Christian. There is an occupational requirement, under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010, for the post-holder to be a Christian, because – by reason of the nature and context of the work – the role involves creating and delivering faith-based communications and representing our Christian ethos to Christian audiences.
* Strong familiarity with Christian theology and evangelical organisations is highly desirable.
