Come and join the UK's largest provider of complex care. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
We have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our supported living care service at Clareville Lodge. Located in Caterham, Surrey, Clareville Lodge provides high quality care for adults between the ages of 18 65 with learning disabilities of all kinds, epilepsy, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, communication difficulties and physical disabilities. We have capacity for up to 9 residents where we care for and support them in their everyday needs.
We have a highly experienced team which provide 24-hour care, along with waking night specialist support. The trained team provides the highest level of care and support to all residents at Clareville Lodge whilst enabling people to live as independent as possible in their own homes.
All our residents are encouraged to mix with their peers as they wish. We organise events such as coffee mornings, arts and crafts sessions and movie nights so all residents can participate and have opportunities to socialise. We are a lively house and we focus to empower the people we support so they can reach their full potential and lead an independent life.
Our communal lounge is where residents come together for activities and to socialise in a friendly environment. The garden area is always full of residents interacting, playing games, enjoying a book or training their green thumbs!
