Description
Monahans are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business and be supported by Sumer’s central marketing team, giving you access to additional expertise, tools, and development opportunities.
The role offers the chance to move beyond supporting activity and truly take ownership of the marketing function – shaping campaigns, driving initiatives, and making a visible impact on the firm’s profile and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development
* Collaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the Monahans brand.
* Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect our values and market position.
Marketing Strategy & Delivery
* Collaborate with heads of department to execute and further develop the current marketing strategy, driving key growth through tailored tactics, while also shaping the development of next year’s strategy.
* Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives.
* Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, providing clear performance reports.
* Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance Monahan’s profile.
* Raise Monahan’s visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events.
* Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events.
Additional Responsibilities
* Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities.
* Manage relationships with external PR agencies, from campaign planning and briefing to performance evaluation.
* Develop creative assets and marketing communications.
* Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Demonstrable experience of marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
* Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
* A strong grasp of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across digital and offline channels.
* A proactive and commercial mindset – always looking for ways to add value and contribute to growth.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence all levels.
