Your new company A large public sector organisation based in the Surrey area is seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety & Compliance Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for fire safety and statutory compliance across its Housing assets.This is a long-term contract role whilst the organisation goes through divisional restructure. Flexible working arrangements, typically 2/3 days in the office. This is a critical leadership role, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and managed in line with evolving legislation, regulatory requirements and sector best practice. You will lead and embed a robust, risk-based compliance framework with resident safety at its core. Your new role As Fire Safety & Compliance Manager, you will lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of all landlord compliance functions across the HRA.
