Essential Skills & Experience:
1. You have expert-level ability in Agile and Lean practices, coaching and leading teams, serving as a recognised advocate, continuously reflecting and challenging teams, and innovating by creating or tailoring new ways of working.
2. You have expert-level ability in communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, mediating between people, managing stakeholder expectations, moderating discussions about elevated risk and complexity, and representing the community to large audiences both inside and outside of the organisation.
3. You have expert-level ability in supporting delivery momentum, perfecting team delivery flow, actively addressing complex risks, issues, and dependencies, and innovatively unblocking issues even when ownership is unclear or external.
4. You have expert-level ability in making processes work, finding, and challenging organizational processes, adding value through coaching and adaptation, and guiding teams through new process implementations.
