You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and assisting in the upcoming office move and IT infrastructure deployment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and wants to grow their career in IT. You’ll support both in-house (25+) and remote (50+) staff in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to staff across Mac and Windows devices. Support onboarding/offboarding, including setup of devices, accounts, access, MFA, etc. Maintain and support endpoints (laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers, etc.). Help with cabling, patching, basic network setup, and testing. Assist in the new office fit-out, including setting up devices, helping configure WiFi APs, connecting endpoints, installing printers and cameras. Log, triage, and escalate tickets when necessary.
