Job Title: Operations Analyst II (TS/SCI Clearance Required) Clearance Required: TS/SCI Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline Certifications: ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification required Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Analyst II to support our team in the planning, execution, and technical oversight of large-scale network modernization or integration initiatives for the Department of the Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DOD). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Navy Network Operations and C4I systems, with a focus on strategic and tactical support for critical IT infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical analysis and support for large-scale network modernization and integration projects. Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of network operations for the Department of the Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DOD). Plan and execute complex network operations and C4I systems integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security requirements. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues impacting network and IT systems performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, integration, and modernization efforts. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems with an emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability. Adhere to industry best practices, including ITIL processes for incident management, change management, and service delivery. Provide status reports and updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Navy Network Operations and C4I systems. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the planning, execution, and technical oversight of large-scale network modernization or integration initiatives for the DON or DOD. Certifications: ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification required. Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required. Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Navy and DOD network infrastructure, operations, and security protocols. Experience with systems integration and network modernization programs within the defense sector. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
