Pay: £108.35 per day
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Key Stage 2?
Our education agency is currently recruiting for a KS2 SEN Support Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive primary school based in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to helping young learners thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Role:
Supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) with additional learning needs
Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
Assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting
Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum and classroom support strategies
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or equivalent) desirable
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer:
