Award-winning national law firm seeks experienced Employment Solicitor to take a leading role within its Professional Support team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Professional Support Lawyers, deliver technology-driven solutions, and provide training to clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of Professional Support Lawyers.
* Champion technology and deliver training to clients and colleagues.
* Manage and oversee a range of employment law matters within a leading national, regional or international law firm.
* Contribute to the continued success of a prestigious and expanding national firm.
Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 10 years PQE in employment law.
* Experience gained within a leading national, regional or international law firm recognised for its employment offerings.
* Strong leadership, innovation, and communication skills.
