Private Client Solicitor - Flexible Part-Time Role in Cheadle A well-established and supportive law firm in Cheadle is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving team on a part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to return to work, balance childcare commitments, or gradually transition toward semi-retirement, while still handling meaningful and interesting Private Client work. The Role:
* Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters
* Advise on complex issues such as trusts, succession planning, and estate administration
* Collaborate with an experienced team and provide guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate
* Flexible hours, working 2-3 days per week, or half days to suit your schedule
About You:
* 2+ years PQE in Private Client work
* Experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and IHT planning for a range of clients
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload
* Client-focused, with excellent advisory and communication skills
* Professional, personable, and confident handling sensitive matters
