Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation.
This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the overall performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a complex warehouse environment, supporting both B2B and direct-to-consumer operations.

Overview
You will take full responsibility for warehouse operations, overseeing all functions including Goods In, replenishment, dispatch and picking and packing. You will manage a multi-layered team structure, ensuring strong communication, consistent performance, and a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage and develop Team Managers, Supervisors, and Operatives
Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead WMS optimisation, implementation, and process improvements
Plan labour, workflow, resources, and equipment utilisation effectively
Manage performance, KPIs, and team development across all levels
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including vehicle movementsAbout You
Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong experience managing multiple layers of leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational performance
