About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our marketing team in London and support the delivery of performance-driven social media campaigns across a range of entertainment clients and projects. This role will focus on planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns across major platforms to drive awareness, engagement and ticket or content consumption for entertainment brands including film, live events, music and streaming content.
Working closely with the wider marketing, creative and analytics teams, the Paid Social Executive will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on budget and achieve strong performance results.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, X and YouTube
* Support the execution of full-funnel campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales and streaming views
* Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimisation to improve results against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS
* Conduct A/B testing across audiences, formats and creatives to improve campaign performance
* Assist with audience segmentation, targeting strategies and budget allocation across campaigns
* Produce regular campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure paid social assets are optimised for each platform
* Support the rollout of paid social strategies around key entertainment launches, cultural moments and events
* Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and new ad formats across social channels
Requirements
* around 6 months to 1 years experience running paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)
* Experience using Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid platforms
* Strong understanding of paid social metrics and campaign optimisation
* Experience analysing campaign performance and reporting on results
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Interest in entertainment, media, music, film or live events
* Experience working on entertainment, media or consumer brand campaigns
* Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform reporting tools
* Understanding of social media trends and fan audience behaviour
