Carlisle Fresh Foods is seeking a Butcher to join our team in Ballynahinch.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Have practical ability to cut and prepare meat and poultry
* Maintain high store and department standards daily
* Merchandise and present the meat department to the highest standard
* Control stock rotation to ensure freshness and quality
* Stay informed about new products and initiatives
* Embrace new ways of working and continuous development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years' butchery experience (preferred)
* Passionate about food and customer service
* Strong communication and numerical skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* Organised, flexible, and detail-oriented
