Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience within a Third Line Support role Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM) Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models Operations knowledge of VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt) Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including Windows 10 & Win11 Desirable Qualifications: Citrix Certified Expert Virtualisation (CCE-V) or equivalent, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments Minimum 2 years experience working within a third line support environment Responsibilities: Provide Third-Line Technical Support for incident escalations & problem record progression Act as the point of contact for Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across Citrix platforms Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles, and user experience Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design and implement Citrix solutions Support patching, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix components Engage in both proactive and reactive problem record progression and root cause analysis Take a proactive approach towards defect management resolutions as part of technical assurance activities Work confidently with internal and cross capability teams, alongside account and customer engagement Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles Technologies: AWS Active Directory Azure Citrix Cloud Support ITIL VMware Windows DevOps Security More: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Line Citrix SME to join our on-site support team in Preston.
