Management is seeking to recruit a dedicated and supportive individual to join their small team of caring and empathetic professionals. We are looking to hire a new team member with a 'can-do' approach to tasks and who can provide a caring service to people at a difficult time.
Administration Assistant
Full Time – 40 hours a week
This role is primarily concerned with the administration of the crematorium but would suit a person with an adaptable approach to a variety of other closely linked tasks on the operational side of business when required. The duties include being responsible for assisting the manager with a wide range of internal and statutory processes.
This role therefore requires applicants with:-
* a demonstrable strong administrative background
* excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, including use of IT.
* Knowledge of Office 365 and social media platforms is therefore required and experience of using Sharepoint and Xero accounting software will be advantageous.
* A mature attitude, literacy, numeracy and empathy in supporting the business and customers are essential, as is the ability to multitask within a busy environment, in a calm and caring manner being of paramount importance.

Previous experience of the funeral business is not required as training will be given. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and flexible in their approach to all tasks and their working hours to ensure the smooth running of the crematorium.
This is a Full Time Role generally working 09:00am until 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary of £26,000 is offered
