Role Overview:
As Delivery Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring Neueda’s delivery projects progress smoothly from design through to execution. Working within the Delivery team and reporting to a Delivery Manager, you will coordinate activities across design, content development, instructor allocation, and delivery readiness - ensuring that milestones are met, risks are flagged early, and every project stays on track.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and comfort working across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
* Maintain and update delivery project trackers, ensuring accurate status across all assigned programmes.
* Monitor progress against key milestones: design completion, content readiness, instructor allocation, and delivery start.
* Log and track project risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) in the central tracker.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise with Content and Design teams to confirm creation and review timelines.
* Collaborate with Resourcing and Delivery teams to track instructor/resource allocation.
* Communicate effectively with clients during meetings, ensuring actions are accurately captured and delivered on time.
Delivery Readiness
* Ensure all pre-delivery checks and dependencies (content, instructors, client data) are confirmed before programme start.
* Capture and follow up on post-delivery actions and improvements. Continuous Improvement
* Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to delivery process enhancements.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills - comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to follow up with diverse stakeholders.
* Previous experience in a delivery, PMO, or project coordination role (training or professional services preferred).
* Previous experience in a client-facing role, managing project updates and follow-ups in client facing meetings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, project tracking tools (Excel, Jira, or similar), and structured reporting.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and calm under pressure.
