The Role
As a Care Professional with Home Instead Charnwood, you’ll provide compassionate, reliable support to older adults in their own homes. Every day is different – you may be helping with personal care, preparing meals, offering companionship, supporting with medication, or assisting with light household tasks. Most importantly, you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to our clients and their families.
Training & Qualifications
No prior care experience is required – what matters most is your kindness, reliability, and willingness to make a difference. We provide full, paid training before you start, along with ongoing learning opportunities to help you grow in your role. You’ll also have access to recognised qualifications in Health & Social Care, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
