The successful candidate will have: Experience and understanding of the problems/needs of the elderly, health and social services, A working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults Demonstrable financial literacy Experience of change management Evidence of effective team management Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good eye for detail We are seeking to appoint to this position a person who: Has the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Can demonstrate empathy towards the elderly.
