JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner (Part – Time)

SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 as a full – time equivalent

TYPE: Perm (Part – time) 20 – 24 hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join Origin Pharmaceutical Packaging a packaging business who is going through a high growth period. The company is well established in the UK Market but are also expanding their market share in Europe and Internationally.

As they continue to scale in growth they now require an experienced HR Business Partner to join the business, helping with hands on HR Tasks and strategic competencies to ensure they are compliant as well as being people focussed in everything they do. This is an exciting time to join for HR candidates who want to put a real stamp on Origins journey.

As the HR Business Partner you will report to Head of Commercial and be responsible for;

Strategic & Business Partner

* Act as a trusted HR Partner to the Senior Leadership Team, providing advice aligned with commercial objectives

* Support organisation change, growth initiatives, restructures and workforce planning

* Support Line Managers on people management, performance, engagement and capability building

* Support leadership with employee engagement, culture and values embedding

* Translate business priorities in to practical people plans

Employee Relations & Case Management

* Own employee relations matters end to end (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)

* Provide confident, legally sound advice to managers while balancing fairness and business needs

* Ensure consistent application of policies and best practice across the organisation

HR Operations & Administration

* Own all core HR administration processes, including: Contracts, offer letters, on-boarding and off boarding, probation management, absence tracking and reporting, maintenance of accurate HR records and personnel files, right to work checks and statutory documentation

* Manage the HR inbox and be the first point of contact for HR queries

* Ensure HR data integrity across systems and files

As the HR Business Partner you will have the following experience:

* Experience dealing with both strategic and hands on administrative tasks within a HR position

* The ideal candidate will want to thrive in a fast growing organization and is scaling

* It would be advantageous that the successful HR Business Partner has worked within an SME but not essential

* Experience leading people related projects autonomously

* CIPD Level 5 or above would be advantageous but not essential
