Qualifications/Experience : Sound retail experience and knowledge (charity experience not essential), excellent people management skills and awareness of Health & Safety compliance are essential. The ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively, apply sound judgement and be able to work under pressure are the key skills requirements of the role. Duties to include: Lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise shop sales and profits. Lead and manage the day to day shop operation, by exceeding customer expectations and effective engagement of the staff and volunteer team. As a good team player with a strong work ethic, working in a busy, active, and fulfilling environment, you’ll be a part of a vibrant team of individuals dedicated to making a difference to the children and families we support. Working pattern: 30 hours over 4 days Monday – Saturday Flexibility, full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
